Massage and Reiki
A deep, fluid, full body massage infused with Reiki to shift held energy from within the soft tissue of the body. Intuitive nurturing bodywork can transform discomfort, pain, and dysfunction into a homeostatic state, mind, body, and spirit. Meeting the whole body with grace leads to a feeling of sublime peace. When the body is in a restful, calm state, it will heal itself and the mind will follow suit.

In Home Sessions
If you would prefer any of my services in the comfort and privacy of your home, I will bring everything needed for a massage or yoga session. For a more decadent, restorative practice, I bring all the props and add reiki healing for even more deep relaxation.

Megan's Methods
The combination encompasses all I hold sacred and amplifies healing through an individualized hour on the yoga mat with an hour on the massage table. In the active practice on the mat we discover the the unique holding patterns and mental anguish held within the body using specific poses, breathing exercises and guided imagery to reduce tension, stress and pain while clearing pranic flow. Then the massage and energy work will continue the healing by creating a relaxed state of deep connection to self and source. Extra time is built in to this session for using either the tarot or oracle decks. These sessions are a powerful way to discover how deeply and intricately the mind and body are linked and how our connection to spirit can be the catalyst to change.

Distant Reiki
Distant Reiki uses symbols learned in Level II to send energy beyond space and time. I have had great success with clients having sessions before, during, and after surgery. Or while receiving radiation or chemotherapy. Client's report having less negative side effects and feel more at ease. Distant Reiki can be used for any situation, sent anywhere, any distance, even through space and time.

Cancellation Policy
I value time as a highly regarded commodity. I work everyday and my schedule is challenging with creating a balanced flow for all the titles I hold and jobs I tend to in a week.
Therefore, I require at least a full 24 hours to reschedule for the same week, or a full 48 hours to cancel.
A credit card or Venmo connection will be established at the time of your first booking in order for me to uphold this policy. You will be charged for the full amount of your service for a no-show, or reschedule or cancel outside of the above parameters.
