I often get asked what style of yoga I teach, and you would think after all this time I would have a definitive answer. But the truth is my teaching has evolved over the years just as my practice has. It is not just one thing. One of the beautiful aspects of yoga, and what keeps me so interested, is that there is no end, no goal, nothing to obtain. It is solely a combination of things to bring you home to yourself. To unravel the layers you pick up in a day, a week, a year, this lifetime, and connect to your core, your true essence. Which is a radiant light and always at peace. There is always more to explore and uncover. My classes are accessible to all levels, including those brand new to the practice. My style is eclectic from many decades of being a student. Each class is different and you never quite know what to expect. I like to mix things up. I do however, have preferences that will become familiar to you over time. Whether class is gentle and slow moving, focused on stretching, or a quicker pace, focused on building strength and endurance, you will always feel better balanced in your body, mind, energy, and spirit. You always feel better after yoga.
