It is an honor to help people navigate the turbulence of this human experience. Through my writing, teaching, table sessions, and trainings, I guide people into their body, and the miraculous ways in which it can heal. Whether massage, reiki, or yoga I aim to recalibrate and harmonize clients by raising awareness of how life has knocked them off center, elevate consciousness to operate at a higher frequency and uncover the innate brilliance that lies deep within. I wholeheartedly believe when we dive into our individual journey of awakening we will positively change the world by reinforcing the interconnectedness of all life, celebrating our differences with equity, so that all peoples have the opportunity to flourish and share their unique and authentic gifts.

A simple breathing exercise to reduce stress and anxiety by making the breath equal parts in length with the option of hold and retain the breath at the fullness of the inhalation and the depth of emptiness on the exhalation. Starting with a four count rhythm with the option to add on making it a five count. If the retention makes you uneasy, let it go and just equalize the inhalation with the exhalation.
