This session kicks off with the foundational astrology of your brith chart to understand the cosmic map of what your soul signed up for in this lifetime.

Using that information to set goals and/or intentions we then use a simple tarot spread to communicate with higher self and source that will set the tone for an action plan moving forward. 

This session ends with guided breath work and meditation while receiving grounded reiki healing.

An hour to uncover how to transmute your past pain into assets

Everything is energy, manipulating its flow, within and around the body, has been a healing technique since before the birth of Jesus. In fact it was Reiki in the stories of him healing with his hands.

The energy itself is pure and has omniscient wisdom, it is a method of balancing chakras, healing emotional and physical symptoms by shifting your energy. 

Divine in origin, it allows us to feel one with Nature and remember our interconnectedness with all life on this planet.

My approach is a welcoming space for students to courageously express authentically. To be vulnerable in the process of unlearning and relearning, respecting the practice as one of self discovery. 

My heart-centered approach is to help students reach the wound within. Whether the long held one of the inner child, or that one things that happened more recently. Even the big picture wound that is consistently happening everywhere all the time, around us.
