A redesigned yet still comprehensive program now accessible to anyone, even those brand new to yoga! But if you are called to teach, you can still make that commitment and gain a Yoga Alliance Certification.
Over the years we have seen enrollment shift from seasoned students looking to teach, to people who yearn for more than what they get in a sixty minute studio class.
These workshops focus on the multidimensional tradition of yoga and inspire students to find their unique relationship with the practice. This program teaches many tools through various modalities, to authentically live yoga not just do yoga.

Sutra 46 is a culmination of my devoted asana and meditation practices, thousands of hours in the yoga classroom, along with hard-won courage to shift my energy and my life through numerous personal breakthroughs. I want to share this empowerment with you through honest expression of living yoga. Taking the 200hr program into the world for anyone to explore in depth the topics of traditional programs in a more digestible format, especially for those who have zero intention to become yoga teachers. However, if you are driven to teach, you will still acquire all the wisdom and confidence to apply for a Yoga Alliance Certificate upon completion of all workshops as well as additional trainings to cover Teacher specific topics along with practice teaching to your peers and the public.
This program offers the highest standards of foundational yoga content to explore your personal layers – awaken to your truth on every level, and reconnect to your deepest resources of self-awareness, compassion, and courage.
All Saturday Workshops (Yoga University and Asana Lab) are open to the public to delve into specific topics and explore what it truly means to live the yoga life - both on and off the mat.
Each training weekend will feature two 3-hour workshops ($45/ea)

Transformational. Grounding. Expansive. These are just a few words that come to mind when I think about my journey through Megan Zwerlein’s 200-hour yoga teacher training (and later, my Reiki 1 certification with her).
Megan creates a space that is both nurturing and challenging, guiding students not just through movement and breath, but through a deeper exploration of self. Her methods go beyond the poses—they unlock a new way of being, thinking, and connecting. Through her training, I learned to trust my intuition, embody presence, and approach both teaching and life with greater mindfulness.
The experience was deeply personal yet beautifully communal, and Megan’s wisdom, authenticity, and compassionate teaching style made all the difference.
Grateful for the lessons, the growth, and the lasting impact Megan has had on my practice and perspective. If you’re looking for a teacher who blends expertise with soul, structure with flow, and knowledge with deep care—Sutra 46 is it.
SUTRA 46 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training offers top-notch instruction with heart. Through my Sutra 46 training, I gained a solid understanding of how to offer emotionally/physically/spiritually safe, authentic and transformative classes. In addition, I deepened my own practice and learned how to keep myself safe as I age. Megan is a superb teacher -- always clear, always kind, and always real. I can't imagine finding better instruction anywhere.
I understand the power of self-inquiry having learned from the very beginning of this incarnation I would have to fight to survive. A devout Spiritual Warrior who denounced a Catholic upbringing, I manage pain and suffering by living in accordance with my dharma, using the tools of my trades (massage, reiki, and yoga).
Driven to assist others on a soul awakening journey, I help drop them into their body, calm their mind, and brighten their spirit.
My teaching holds utmost importance in developing an understanding of how deeply interconnected the body, mind, and spirit are. Everyday, I seek out the light, grateful to be of service.
I enjoy the beauty of shared time with those of like minds, contemplating existentialism with a lightheartedness, and to laugh and play in the magic of nature. I love live music and have been seen shaking off the weight of the world on the dance floor.
Most importantly, I will continue to fight the darkness in order to inspire a life lived in the light of truth, never forgetting what was spoken in my very first Yoga class back in 1998: “yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” ~ Lord Krishna, the Bhagavad Gita
I have logged tens of thousands of hours teaching consistently since my first certification in 2009. Blending lineages of Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar, Viniyoga, Jivamukti, Vedanta Tantra, Yin, and Restorative. Along with countless hours of workshops over the decades on trauma informed yoga, poly-vagal theory, somatic healing, tarot card readings, hand-standing, arm balancing, Ayurveda, psychedelic healing sessions, shamanic journeying, and many more.
My classes are ever evolving while weaving creative and alignment-based sequences that are transformational and driven by collective energy and intuition. Challenging for more seasoned yogis, yet accessible to all levels. I incorporate conscious breathing, self-massage, guided imagery, energy healing, themes that connect to natural cycles of seasons and astrology, as well as yoga philosophy and Hindu mythology.
